About

Liz Griffiths
I offer a respectful, safe and non-judgemental space for you to feel comfortable to share your life story and process some of the challenging and painful parts.

I have been in counselling and pastoral roles for many years and have been privileged to work with people from many different walks of life, ages and ethnicities. I have both seen and experienced many of the ups and downs of life that we can find ourselves in, and have come to believe that there is always hope.
I have been involved in not-for-profit community work here in New Zealand and overseas, in both leadership and volunteer roles. As a Christian, my faith informs my practice and gives me a strong foundation for the hope that I carry for my clients.

I am a qualified counsellor with a Bachelor's in Counselling. I am trained in Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy & Emotionally Focused Therapy. I am a member of the New Zealand Christian Counsellors Association (MNZCCA) and have regular professional development and supervision to support the quality of my counselling practice.
